The Collective Change Working Group is organised by departmental Change Rapporteurs whose focus is the facilitation of inter- and intra-departmental communication about the life of the college.

Particularly in response to the planned restructure of the college designed by the Senior Management Team – “Evolving Goldsmiths” – colleagues have sought out new ways to communicate shared interests in the transformation of the college. We are interested in the potential of new, constructive ways to respond to the financial position of the college independently of and now in relation to COVID-19.
